Hey NCC fellow contesters,

John KP2A would like to sell his house in STT.  Please pass along this bit of information to any hams that might have an interest (post on reflectors etc).  
 
I am helping him find a ham that might be interested.  He already has one interested non-ham that has given him an offer that he is entertaining.  I personally can't afford it, but it does seem like, compared to other similar places on STT. it is under priced.
