[NCC] Happy Holidays

NCC Warriors,

I'd be remiss if I did not add to the comments from KQ8M ....

First, we did the Treasurer transition quietly last year -- and I never
took the time to thank Reno, WT8C, for his years of faithful service to
NCC.  The treasurer has to collect dues, keep track of them all, manage the
roster and pay NCC obligations (plaques, super suite, etc.), and Reno has
done all of this for many years with no fanfare and no public thanks.
 After the meeting last year, Reno turned all of the Treasurer's books &
records over to me (before I turned them over to KQ8M) and I can assure you
-- they were in perfect shape.  Years of work in that, and we should let
Reno know that, we have not taken his work for granted.

Please take a moment Saturday to thank Reno for his years of work.

In a similar vein, Tim, KQ8M, quietly took over for Reno.  Tim will be
collecting dues at the meeting -- please take a moment to thank him for his
work.

Hope to see many of you on Saturday.
