[NCC] The Sprint

Great job Tim in rallying the troops!  This will be the biggest NCC/MRRC 
showing in the Sprint that I can remember.

A suggestion:  for those who live within a radius of 200-300 miles, it is 
worth checking 40 meters early in the game because the close-in stations 
might be much louder and easier to work than they after 0130Z when most 
people make the switch from 20 to 40.
