[NCC] [MRRC] NAQP Phone Teams

I'm planning a full-time effort, but in particular, I'm at a distinct
disadvantage once 10-15-20 close up, since all I have for 40-80 is a GAP
DX antenna (vertical dipole, sort of).  If I recall, 160 will not be
used, since SSB contesting is discouraged down there, so I won't be able
to go to my shortened sloper in the last couple of hours.

If you end up with more than one full-time team, put me down for 2nd or
3rd team, so I don't wreck the real contesters scores in team#1.
