[NCC] WPX CW Whippage

Hi Tim et al,

I will be traveling to Bonaire for the WPX CW this year along with two friends of mine, AI2N and WJ2O. 

We will be PJ4J during the contest as a M/S HP entry. My share of the final score (1/3) will count for NCC. 

Hope to work many of you (especially those with unusual prefixes) during the contest. 

We should be PJ4/homecall outside of the contest as well
