[NCC] List replies

After my whippage post I received a couple of replies direct that were definitely meant for the entire list. I went to the list
settings and found the reply to setting was set to sender and not list. I have corrected this and hopefully this won't happen
further. This appears to have been changed when the list host (not contesting.com) made some changes a short time back.

 

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
