[NCC] Time to start thinking about CQWW DX Phone

k8ly will be on and off.   Have football game to work Friday nite, so late
start on Friday.   Will be taking
a break for wedding reception Saturday nite from 6-11p, so 40 and 80 should
be good both nites by time we get home.
Then will have all day sunday to try and make up for hours missed.   All
for good of the cause and NCC...
