[NCC] K8AZ Party 3 pm today

Just a reminder about the annual K8AZ Open House starting at 3 pm today,
Saturday, January 16.

Most of the Chesterland snow is gone, due to the 40 degree temps and rain
today.  BUT .... the temps will drop below freezing overnight, and
everything is wet ..... meaning that there will be lots of ice.  Surrey
Lane does NOT get salted, so it's likely that it will be very icy by 3 pm
tomorrow.  Please be careful -- and please drive slowly.

Also, parking on the street will be challenging.  My neighbor to the
immediate west has again volunteered  her circular drive for overflow
parking.  If you're willing to walk a bit, please use that. Please do NOT
block in her western-most drive -- the one that goes straight back to her
garage.  But otherwise, please consider using the circle.

And, as usual, please try to park in the drive and park other cars in.
Lost of folks will leave around the same time to make the journey to the
MRRC bash in Elyria, so there will be a time to get "unblocked" if you need
to leave.
