[NCC] [MRRC] Remote Ham Radio Club Meetings

Speaking as the most distant member (probably), this is a good idea.  I 
don't know FaceTime but participating via Skype (doesn't everyone have 
Skype?) is something I have thought of many times and I was hoping 
someone else would come up with the idea.  I will be here and turn on my 
Skype during both meetings if it's not too late for this year.
