[NCC] NCC email list

Hi Jim & Everyone,

Yes, short messages do seem to post quickly.

There is an administrator setting that, when enabled, eliminates the
sending of a copy of a member's own messages to that member (called "not
metoo") but this is not currently enabled for any list member so it
shouldn't be happening.

It seems that sometimes the outgoing mail policies of a sender's
provider can cause the NCC incoming mail program to reject certain
messages, depending on the content of the message. Also messages with
certain attachments are automatically rejected.

When I forward a 3830 report, I usually copy and then paste it into a
new message rather than forwarding it to the list. This might help?

Regarding your third point, when I post a 3830 report to both
reflectors, I seem to get copies of both in my inbox.

To everyone: When one of your messages is greatly delayed or never
shows up, or something else weird happens, please let me know and
provide details and a copy of the message to me and I will look into it.

73, Hal W1NN
