Remote from Tokyo.

I keep doing worse and worse.  I thought it was supposed to be the opposite.
This must be one of my worst scores in a long time.

20 was really awful for me, especially during the first half hour.  A lot of
stations just couldn't hear me at all, especially the west coast. It got a
little better later. In hour two, New England started coming in real loud but
not too many stations to work by then.

40 wasn't much good at the start but got very good later. 80 was noisy so I
couldn't do as well as I usually do there.

When remoting from Japan, there is a significant lag when tuning across the
band, so you have to learn to tune very slowly.  It's real tough in a Sprint.


I missed MI, IN and KY!  I could hear W9RE on all bands but he was weak and he
couldn't hear me at all.

But good to catch K8MR on three bands and fellow Tokyo remoter WA6URY on two.


Fun despite the frustrations.
