[NCC] NAQP RTTY - ND8L SO-LP

Between a late start and watching The Open...only put in
7 hours...but the bands were busy, if weird, and there was
as much RTTY activity as I think I've ever heard ourside
of WW, especially in the summer.  Lots of new calls, too!

Had a couple of good runs on 20, 10 was really hoppin' and
even the short skip on 15 helped.

AA8OY - worked Jim on 80, but heard him on other bands.

W9PA - one of my first contacts on 10...but Dave was scarily loud on 15.
