The contest period is 1300 EST Saturday through 0100 EST Sunday (1800 UTC Saturday Jan 11 through 0600 UTC Sunday Jan 12) and you may operate a maximum of 10 hours during this 12 hour period. Breaks must be a minimum of 30 minutes long. This is a family-friendly event in that you can have dinner with the family without missing any on time.

Please note that only single operators are eligible for a team, meaning that you must operate without assistance and LP if you want your score to count for a team.

Our top-scoring team, consisting of NA8V, K3UA, N8AA, K8AJS and N8FYL, placed 12th with a combined score of 579,001 points. The winning team from the nearby Society of Midwest Contesters (ops W9RE, K9CT, N9XC, K9NR and WT9U) posted a score of just over 1 million points. We can and have done better. Let's see if we can get back in the top ten this year!
