[NCC] Reminder -- K8AZ Open House

Just a last - minute reminder about Saturday's open house.  Start time will
be 4 pm.  Address is 7275 Surrey Lane, Chesterland, OH 44026.  Please
remember that Surrey is a very narrow street, so street parking is very
limited -- please try to "jam-park" in the driveway to avoid making things
bad for the neighbors.

Weather should be OK, but do watch for black ice on the asphalt if the temp
drops below what's forecast.

There are good bids on the IC-9700 auction, but the bidding will stay open
until NOON Saturday, January 4, 2020.  100% of the bid amount will go to
WWROF.
