[NCC] Skype for NCC meeting

To the NCC Warriors:

If any of you has a Skype-enabled laptop and you are very familiar with
using the program, NCC's superb webmaster, Hal, W1NN is in Japan and has
inquired if we could connect him to the meeting via Skype.  Sadly, K8AZ is
not that technically proficient, but if you are, Hal sent me his Skype
address and can be available for the call at 9AM Sunday (his time).

Please let Hal and me know in advance if you're able to help out in this
manner.
