[NCC] Hamvention - anyone know if Flea Market sold out?

I am thinking of bringing a medium sized load of things from my dad's 
estate (W2ONP) to Hamvention, but wonder if the Flea Market spaces are 
sold out? I can't really tell from the website as all they seem to offer 
are entry tickets.

If anyone has insight, I'd appreciate it. He has quite a collection of 
older gear and parts/pieces that would be great for collectors and 
builders alike, and the funds are going directly to my mom. Trying to 
find outlets instead of the eBay and online route.

Thanks in advance for any info. Also wonder about hotels. It'd be great 
to catch up with all you again after COVID and so forth. Been a while 
since I made a trip from Rochester down.
