[NCC] Youth DX Adventure to be held with the NCC summer meeting at K3LR

I am proud to announce that the David Kalter Youth DX Adventure (YDXA) will
be held at K3LR on July 27 and 28. As with last year, the NCC meeting will
be held at the same time as YDXA. Please make plans to attend the NCC
meeting and meet the operators of K3Y (special call of YDXA for that weekend
in the IOTA contest at K3LR). The kids will operate 24 hours (1200 Z to 1200
Z) and will operate CW and SSB. Graduate assistants for the YDXA event are
Katie, KE8LQR and Grace, KE8RJU.
