I still haven't heard for sure if the USPS will stop selling IRC's. My local Post
Office usually stocks them, but they were out today and the Clerk said an order
had been placed to restock them. Will they actually get more before the rumored
1/27 end date? Time will tell.
 
In the meantime, I thought I'd try the USPS On-Line Ordering System to see if
I could still get them there. Well, they were still on their menu and I decided to
get a dozen just in case they became unavailable soon. I set up an account and
input my Credit Card and the Order went through OK.

If nothing else, it may influence the USPS braintrust to at least continue to
