YES, very  sad.      I remember going to Dave's original QTH about  35 or 
40 years ago.    Think that was in Seven  Hills.    I never saw anyone with 
more antennas on ROHN 25 tower  than Dave!     Many will also remember his 
multiple DX  contest trips to VP9 - Bermuda several years ago.    He  liked 
VHF, but also knew his way around the low bands.

I am sad to report  that Dave Vore, K8WW, became a Silent Key (SK) on 
Monday.
Currently, there  are no other details of his passing. If I hear something,

will pass it  on. Dave was a well-known avid VHF DXer. He will surely be
