[Nodxa] Amateur License Plates

I think it's sort of like that, plus they might have no access to a 
computer on the Internet while at their worksite, and getting to the 
correct non-trivial FCC web page would be troublesome and take too much 
time since ham plate renewals probably come intermittently so they would 
not leave a computer open to the license page.  Remember what terminals 
you see in a local BMV. And finally their bosses may not want them to 
take the time to do that since they are renewing tens of thousands a 
week. With a piece of paper they can trash that in 5 seconds.

I don't know the differences between lists.contesting.com and 
contesting.com.

It's been snowing in Avon for the last 45 minutes (now 11:30 a.m.).
