[Nodxa] Amateur Radio Plates in Ohio

My wife's license needed renewing by early June.  It was done by mail 
and everything happened on time.

By the way if you are talking to the BMV and say the wrong words and you 
have a ham plate, if they get confused they will delete your ham plate 
number.  It can't be restored!   This happened to N8CX.
