[Nodxa] Amateur Radio Plates in Ohio

For those who have not applied yet:  Perhaps make copies of your 
paperwork and check to show any authorities IF you get  stopped for an 
expired tag.

The mail method has always been so smooth that I hate to talk to a local 
BMV person, showing them a ham ticket, after waiting in line, and  
accidentally having a no-nothing erase my old plate number.
