[Orion] Question about noise floor

Lots of gain = lots of noise.  With no signal or external noise the AGC, a
normal condition, allows the receiver to go to max gain.  No problem, just
re-adjust the AGC threshold.

As Bill, W4ZV, said "AGC is the trickiest thing to learn to use on Orion
IMHO."
