[Orion] Disappearing signals bug

Bill, i've had the same issue on 1.371 and 1.372.  It's happened about 
4-5 times over past three months. I seemed to have more than audio hiss 
but no signals and even when I grounded the antenna, the condition 
persisted.  Like you, rebooting solved the problem.
