[Orion] Disappearing signals bug

When changing bands today 20m went completely dead.  I could hear audio hiss
and the bandscope showed signals, but I couldn't seem to tune any in.
Cycling the power fixed the problem.

I recall having this problem before.  Did it go away and come back over the
course of firmware updates?

I am using 1.372
