[Orion] Firmware update SHould it take this long1

In a word no!
Did you set it up for download?
In order to do so, Turn off power.
Then close power on and User 2 simultaneously.
You will see a menu item asking if you wish to download.
Check yes.
THEN execute the program on your PC.

Yes, I had the same symptoms.
