Nov 1, 2011: LoTW is working -- please don't upload logs more than once -- After a fabulous CQWW Phone DX contest, everyone is sending their logs into LoTW and creating quite an electronic pile-up!  :-)  While the system does not reload duplicate logs, it still must test the log to see if it is a duplicate before rejecting it and moving on, and that takes time.  So, once you are satisfied that a log has been emailed or uploaded to the system, please stand by.
