We can account for common-mode current here without recourse to induced 
fields.  We must provide a relatively low impedance for the matching
circuit 
return. There could be perhaps 20 volts on this return point, be it
capacitive 
hat or accidental impedance, for each 1 amp into the 50 ohm side. 

This quite explains the need for a choke even with an antenna that is 
"ground independent."
