[RFI] No Complaints, No Problem!

Eliminating all TVs would go a long way to eliminating
both problems.  Would also increase the IQ of the
average person, while decreasing obesiety.  Might even
require the average person to think for themselves
once in a while.  Hey!  Maybe someone should propose
this to the FCC
