[RFI] BPL a major topic at Upcoming UTC Annual Meeting

There would be no jamming -- just "normal" operation of
both the BPL and Ham ops -- and everyone will then be able
to see who is telling the truth and who is lying for profit.
A moot point anyway. There are no plans for a BPL "demo" at the UTC Meeting.
