[RFI] Broadband over Power Line (BPL) radio interference

I encourage hams in BPL areas to be active.  But the tone of some of the posts I have seen is downright scary, and there was no doubt what some had in mind. Intentionally interfering with anything is not a permitted one-way transmission.
