I have.  Do you really think the FCC is going to be influenced in the least 
by the ARRL's filing?  HF band BPL is on the fast track to nationwide 
deployment to beat out the other emerging wireless broadband technologies.  The driving 
force is political donations not technical merit.  The only solution is in 
Congress.  The Courts will side with the Federal Government.
