The most effective method is generally laying a THICK
braided conductor along the wire, and wrapping the whole
thing tightly with foil. This generally works best wrapped
over the outside of any beads, NOT  through the window. The
braid generally has to be grounded at each end.

Some experimentation is required.

I did this with my 95 PSD, in combination with grounding
straps everywhere.
