They had to get the money for this ill-advised
investment from somewhere.

One wonders on which golf course or at what party
someone talked someone else into this foolishness.

One would think that after the long string of failed
tests they'd catch a clue ... on top of the obvious
market evidence.  BPL is dead, bury it and get it
over with!
