[RFI] 14028 to 14034 hashbirdietrash

Ok Jim,

My antenna is a 20m/30m fan dipole in the apex of the attic above our 2nd 
floor apartment - 30 feet above ground.
Our apartment is at one end of the building, but there are third floor 
apartments that are in the same horizontal plane as my antenna and the 
first of those is adjacent to our attic.

Since shutting off all breakers in our apartment doesn't seem to change the 
noise strength, it looks like I'm left with fixing the other sources as you 
said.

I think maybe I can continue doing without that 5 khz segment of 20m.
