[RFI] BPL vs shares & ham radio....KATRINA

Amen and amen!

I have been enjoying the discussion on the towertalk re. the value
of quads in resisting certain types/sources/causes of rf noise.

I would also be interested in any mobile filters folks have
employed that are effective in removing rf noise generated by
power lines/CATV/etc.

It can be impossibly noisy here in west central Florida.  It is
obviously the lines because it rises in certain sections of road
and is consistent over time.

Anyone had any success in getting power and CATV companies to
fix these problems or do they just ignore the requests?
