[RFI] Kenmore Elite Oasis HE

I believe this has the same controller as the Whirlpool Duet.  See the 
eHam articles @9mine and the followup) for the work done to quiet it.  
Better ground, away from antenna, big ac line filter bolted to chassis, 
reroute control and motor cables, ferrite clamps on flat cables, toroids 
on internal cables.  I have done about half of these and it went from 
S9+40 to S9.  Lifting the washer physically is a problem for me right 
now but eventually...
