[RFI] Honda Fit RFI

hello computers.....

my old 2000 VW Passat had two different noises .... both nasty...

one was from the "controller"  chopper power supply running the big fan...
if the fan was at full speed, the noise was the least.....the chopper 
was fixed ON and not chopping....

the second was the processor in the AC....
my present 2003 passat VW has the same issue, every 20k or so a loud bird......
kill the air and the birds go away....
