[RFI] Cellphone-Jammer Fad - Harmful to Ham Radio?

Yeah,

All that needs to happen is for someone not to be able to reach the doctor 
due to cell jamming, the patient drops dead, and now we have a "Wrongful 
Death" suit against the jammer.

I hate these things (cells) going off in the booth next to me while dining, 
etc, but jamming isn't the way to deal with it.  They DO have a "vibrate" 
selection, you know.

Now, I DO know someone's daughter that was literally thown off a train at 
the next stop when she wouldn't shut up and hang up...

("Hello, Mummy? Um, can you pick me up...")

Maybe there's something in that.
