[RFI] 80/160M RFI in neighbor's oven circuitry !

For a start I'd have the homeowner contact the Mfg of the microwave.

I have a neighbor with a noise generating lights.  I have to live with  
it.  They may have to live with the microwave and it's dinging oven  
timer.
