[RFI] Big Farad versus Hybrid Caps?

I know that, I work at EPRI (www.epri.com) and we worked on developing
commercial applications for the super caps.  But chrome plating?!?! And
built in volt/amp meters????  Can't you just buy a bare cap and not worry
about the meters and blinking lights?
