Look at http://www.tdk.co.jp/tefe02/e9a15_zcat.pdf which shows actual 
impedance curves for the ZCAT devices.  They look similar to #43 
material except that they have higher significantly higher impedance at 
1GHz than 43 material does.

I have looked at their specifications but all I can get out of them is that they are type 3 material?  Also, has anyone had any experience in using these TDK devices for RFI suppression?
