[RFI] Electric Dog Fences - What to Buy?

Both we and our neighbors have been very satisfied with the Electronic 
Fence brand.  The local franchisee is extremely professional, and the 
equipment is much better made than the stuff you can buy off the shelf 
at Petsmart - also much more expensive, but in my view worth it.  The 
stuff operates at VLF, and I have never heard anything from it.
