[RFI] Electric Dog Fences - What to Buy?

We use the Petsafe brand underground fence.  I can't say I have ever 
detected it.  We use one in Montana and Colorado.  I don't know what 
frequencies they use but the signal unless you have the thing turned way 
up only radiates 5 to 10 feet from the wire.
