[RFI] Power levels and TVI

I run up to a kilowatt here on 80 thru 10 and my shack TV is about 4 feet from the amp.  I have no TVI.  I would try to help the neighbor out if they are cooperative.  Check all connections on their TV and try some snap-on cores, if they work then have them pay for the cores.  It is most likely their TV or associated wiring, or the cable box.  Good luck
