[RFI] CFL RFI

I use a Dremel  tool with a cutting disk and cut along the area were the unit is put together just below the bulb. Separate the two halves enough to cut the four wires going to the bulb. Pop the circuit board out of the bottom half. There are some parts worth salvaging.
