[RFI] SolarWord PV modules, Enphase solar micro inverters and monitor system

Hi we are (still) considering installing a photo-voltaic system with a 
vendor who uses this equipment

SolarWord PV modules, Enphase solar micro inverters and monitor system

I've previously received advice from subscribers to this mailist that 
SolarWord panels
and Enphase inverters do not cause RFI in the HAM bands.

Has anyone heard differently?  Specifically for these items:

SolarWorld Sunmodule SW 255 mono / Version 2.0

Enphase inverters (model unknown)

Enphase 'Envoy Communications Gatway' which 'uses advanced powerline 
communications technology, without additional wiring or wireless 
configuration. '

This last sounds suspicious.
