RFI, when it occurs, is nearly always generated from clocks generating 
square waves or pulses. Thus, the usual culprits are the inverters, 
charging regulators that work by pulsing the charging current, and 
battery "life extenders" that use pulses.  That's where I would focus my 
attention.
