[RFI] Signal on 14.2 MHz

Hi Karin et all

This also match with my bearing of 330 degrees from Mar Del Plata. Intesección point of 
the three lines is in the western part of Cuba, near Havana.
However, I do not think it's an OTHR, at least not like anyone I know.
