[RFI] Best way to stop RFI from entering AC Power Grid...

Hello,

I am working with a fellow about 100 feet from my home, who is running
twin HP Sodium lamps...  

Can someone suggest a commercial off the shelf filter that works halfway
decently for stopping the RFI generated by the ballast from entering the
AC Line...
